We've met twice and defined what will be in and out of scope for our group, as well as looking at current and ideal states. We recognised at the outset the role of the Treaty in guiding and informing our thinking and the need to understand what a good Treaty partner looks like.
We're looking at examples of current practice and will discuss and derive principles that inform good practice, along with the conditions under which these models successfully operate.
An early draft of our recommendations and thinking will be presented to the Establishment Board on 10 December.
